Jenn + Robbie have stolen my heart. From the first time I chatted with Robbie's mom back in 2023, I was hooked into this family. This connection goes back to Scott + Rachael's wedding day when Robbie was a groomsman. Jenn had mentioned to Robbie how much she loved Scott + Rachael's wedding photos in an aside and from there, he had started the ball rolling for me to capture his proposal to Jenn on a rooftop downtown. But here's the thing. Robbie; he's a true Chicago guy. Jenn? She's a New York gal. BUT. These two live in Texas. So the logistics had to land (literally).

Long story short; I captured their proposal [see it here!] and Robbie's second surprise that day to Jenn was their wedding date already secured at her dream venue; the Four Seasons Austin. They texted me a few days later inviting me to Texas to capture their wedding weekend. It truly feels like I was welcomed into both of their families and I was SO IN.

I could keep going and going and going. I could mention their stunning personal vows that included all the chocolate chip cookies (and the speeches that ALSO mentioned said cookies) or the fact that Robbie knew Jenn was the one from one simple glance at her and wrote her a poem to tell her that. Or about how every single detail of this weekend was customized for these two including the room key cards for their guests (quick little shout out to myself for providing the art work for said key cards!) and cans of Strawberry Lemonade at their welcome party. It was a detail dreammmmmmm.
